• Real-time transcription and AI-assisted clinical documentation
• Patient records, secure messaging, and care coordination
• Telehealth video visits, where used in a healthcare context

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You opt in to receive text messages from Bit2Sky HelloThere (a product of Bit2Sky, Inc.) by texting the keyword START to our number. This call-to-action is published on this page and is shown to users inside the Bit2Sky HelloThere application. The full consent language you agree to is reproduced below.

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resume. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use our services.

Third parties

Your mobile number and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS is not required to use our services. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most major US carriers. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues. No promotional or marketing messages are sent on this service.

5. Telehealth Services

Where our products are used to facilitate telehealth consultations, we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical services are provided by licensed healthcare providers. You acknowledge that:

• Telehealth is not a substitute for in-person medical care in emergencies
• Technical issues may occasionally affect video/audio quality
• You are responsible for ensuring a private, appropriate environment for telehealth visits

6. Privacy and HIPAA

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Where our products are used to transmit Protected Health Information (PHI), we comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and maintain appropriate safeguards to protect your PHI.

• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect credentials
• Actions or decisions made based on information provided through the platform

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Loudoun County, Virginia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
